The thesis
The food system loses $610B of value every year to spoilage, pests and waste — and the industry's instinct is to fix it by producing more. Karmic fixes the leaks instead: a regenerative, ocean-derived biopolymer platform, licensed asset-light into regional hubs, turning a $0.10/kg waste stream into $3–5/kg finished products.
